PANDUAN SUKATAN DAN UKURAN

:: TIMBANGAN BERAT ::


600 gm = 1 kati
300 gm = 8 tahil
150 gm = 4 tahil
450 gm = 1 paun
25 gm = 1 auns



:: UKURAN PANJANG ::

2.5 cm = 1 inci
5.0 cm = 2 inci
25.0 = 10 inci



:: ISIPADU ::

1 sudu besar tepung = 30 gm = 1 auns
1 sudu besar gula = 30 gm = 1 auns
1 sudu besar mentega = 30 gm = 1 auns
1 sudu besar = 15 ml
1 sudu teh = 5 ml
1 liter = 41/2 cawan
250 ml = 1/2 pain



:: SUHU KETUHAR ::

Amat panas = 230 - 240 darjah C
Panas = 200 - 220 darjah C
           = 400 - 425 darjah F

Sederhana = 180 - 190 darjah C
                  = 350 - 375 darjah F

Perlahan = 150 - 170 darjah C
               = 300 - 325 darjah F

1 cawan serbuk roti = 50 gm = 2 auns
1 cawan kelapa parut = 90 gm = 3 auns
1 cawan serbuk biskut = 125 gm = 4 auns
1 cawan kacang tanah [hancur] = 125 gm = 4 auns
1 cawan tepung = 140 gm = 41/2 auns


1 cup cake flour = 7/8 cup all-purpose flour + 1/8 cup cornstarch

1 tablespoon baking powder = 2 teaspoons baking soda + 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

1 cup buttermilk = 1 scant cup milk at room temperature + 1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 cup brown sugar = 1 cup white sugar + 2 tablespoons molasses/honey)

1 cup sour cream = 1 cup yogurt (full fat if possible)

serbuk penaik -> 1 ounce=2 1/2 sudu makan
serbuk soda -> 1 ounce=2 sudu makan
pisang-> 1 paun= 21/2 cwn pisang yg tlh dikupas/3 biji pisang bersaiz sederhana
berry -> 1 quartz= 3 1/2 cawan
butter/marjerin -> 1/4 paun = 1/2 cwn
                         -> 1 paun= 2 cwn
